- Log in to your PERA account online with your User ID and password and complete the Direct Deposit by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form to have your benefit automatically deposited into your checking or savings account.
- Complete a paper copy of the Direct Deposit by EFT form and mail it to PERA.
Changes received by the 15th of the month will be effective for that month.
