November 17 is your last chance to make changes or enroll in a 2022 PERACare health care, dental, or vision plan for yourself and your eligible dependents.
Colorado PERA must receive your completed Enrollment/Change Form by that date in order to have changes in place for January 1, 2022.
Materials were mailed to all current enrollees in September. To access materials online, visit www.copera.org and select “PERACare Open Enrollment 2022” from the “PERACare” drop-down menu.
