Investment Manager Portal

Colorado PERA has developed this online portal to facilitate initial engagement and performance tracking of emerging and traditional external investment managers. Managers wishing to contact PERA are asked to complete the questionnaire and maintain a profile in eVestment updated to reflect the most recent quarter (the eVestment requirement pertains only to fixed income and equity managers). In addition, PERA's investment consultant may be involved in the evaluation of potential manager candidates. Only completed questionnaires will be reviewed. Questions may be submitted to Colorado PERA at managerportal@copera.org. Please note, PERA will not consider submissions by managers of funds, placement agents or consultants.
